All sales and registrations are final. We will provide a 7 day grace period to this policy from the purchase date. If you notify us within 7 days of your initial payment that you need to cancel then we will grant a full refund of any fees paid. After the 7 days from the date of your payment, there will be no full refund option available. No refunds will be given or made available for any cancellations requests within 90 days of an Experience Event regardless of registration date.


Should your plans change or any unforeseen events occur we will do our best to work together to find other options. If acts of God, government authorities, natural disasters, health crisis or other unanticipated circumstances beyond a party’s reasonable control make it illegal or impossible to attend or hold the Experience on the anticipated dates, we will work with our venue partner to find new dates to host the event. Your registration will remain valid for these new dates or we will provide options to transfer to future dates. There will be no refunds in the event of such date change due to Force Majeure Events.
